PROUD YOUTH BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL TRAINING PARTNER OF MLB

A team-based baseball club for athletes ages 9U–14U, built around long-term development and flexibility for today’s busy families. Our annual training model combines professional instruction with a flexible schedule designed to complement — not compete with the players’ commitments. At MTC, athletes train year-round with professional instructors in six key development environments: Private 1-on-1 lessons, Skill-Specific Small Group Training Sessions, Off-season team training, On-field team practices, On field instructional scrimmages, Holiday and summer camps.

We’ve intentionally structured our program to align with local spring leagues, encouraging athletes to participate in their community while continuing to develop within our system.

TEAM TRAINING & OPEN FACILITY ACCESS

A staple of Futures — twice-a-week offseason team training (Nov–Feb) at MTC facilities, led by current and former college and pro players.

RETAIL VALUE $1,500

Team training is a staple of Futures. Through the offseason (November–February), athletes train twice a week at MTC facilities — a weeknight session with an MTC instructor and a weekend session with an MTC instructor and your team coach. All training is led by current and former college and professional players who know how to teach what they've lived. Every session is structured and purposeful: position-specific instruction in small groups with individual attention, built on a progressive curriculum that compounds week over week.

/ 02

SKILL-SPECIFIC SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

Skill-Specific Small Group Training Sessions (SSSGTS) — grouped by position and age. Active Sep–Oct and Mar–May, up to 2× 1-hr sessions/week.

RETAIL VALUE $995

Skill-Specific Small Group Training Sessions (SSSGTS) — small groups grouped by position and age, up to two 1-hour sessions a week (Sep–Oct and Mar–May), with scheduling that flexes around the spring rec season.

/ 03

INDIVIDUAL LESSONS (5-PACK)

Five 30-min 1-on-1 sessions with an MTC instructor, paced Sept–May. Plus 10% off all future lesson packs.

RETAIL VALUE $250

Five 30-minute 1-on-1 sessions with an MTC instructor, usable Sept–May. Players also get 10% off any additional lesson packs.

/ 04

VIP MARINERS CAMP PASS + HOLIDAY CAMPS

A full pass to the VIP Mariners Neighborhood Summer Camps and MTC Holiday Camps.

RETAIL VALUE $950

A full pass to the VIP Mariners Neighborhood Summer Camp slate plus every MTC Holiday Camp — included in the annual fee.

/ 05

MLBU CORE-BASE ASSESSMENTS

Core-BASE assessment plus passive data capture — real-time metrics logged to the player's Stacks profile.

RETAIL VALUE $740

Through MTC's MLB partnership, MLBU passive data-capture technology tracks performance during normal training — no wearables, no interruptions. One minimum Core-BASE assessment plus ongoing passive capture feeds one unified app for athletes and parents, with metrics including exit velocity, launch angle, spin rate, and more, logged to the player's Stacks profile.

/ 06

GEAR DISCOUNT (up to 20% off)

20% off Marucci, Victus, Baum Bat, and Lizard Skins apparel and products via the MTC online store.

RETAIL VALUE MSRP

Instructional Scrimmages

On-field sessions at game pace — live, competitive situations, offense vs. defense, head-to-head.

RETAIL VALUE $250

On-field sessions at game pace, packed with live, competitive situations — athletes go head-to-head, offense vs. defense. Instructors build varied in-game scenarios and teach decision-making, situational IQ, and performance under pressure.

/ 08

TEAM EVENTS (ROUND-ROBIN & TOURNAMENTS)

Round-robin events vs. other Futures teams and outside clubs — matched by skill and age, development-first rules. 2–3 per season.

RETAIL VALUE $250

Round-robin events against other Futures teams and outside clubs, matched by skill and age. Development-first rules — pitch-count limits, controlled base advancement, lineup rotation — maximize reps and keep every player engaged. Two to three events per season by age group.

A YEAR THAT ACTUALLY RUNS ALL YEAR.

Winter team training (Nov–Feb) is a staple of the Futures year — the highest-structure phase, where players develop as a team. The rest of the calendar builds around it: summer camps and open facility, a fall skill foundation, spring play alongside their rec leagues, and a late-spring competition window. A connected year, not a single season — each phase builds on the last.

FUTURES VS. OTHERS.

▣ FUTURES Year-round development
OTHERS Summer tournament model

ANNUAL COST

SAVE UP TO $3,351/YR

From $2,649/yr
$3,000 – $6,000/yr
WHY IT MATTERS

Most families pay more for less developmental value. The math compounds: tournament fees, hotels, gas, gear at retail. The club fee replaces all of it — paid in installments.

02 SCHEDULE
Year-round (Sep–Jun training + summer camps)
— Tournament-only (summer)
WHY IT MATTERS

Others compress development into a handful of summer weekends. The club keeps players in the gym, on the field, and in front of instructors all 12 months — when the work actually compounds.

03 TRAINING ENVIRONMENTS
Lessons, camps, Skill-Specific Small Group Training Sessions (SSSGTS), scrimmages, team practices
— Heavy in games, light in training
WHY IT MATTERS

Five distinct training environments versus one. Players need reps in different contexts to actually grow — not just at-bats on a tournament weekend.

04 PROGRESS TRACKING
Year-round MLBU Core-BASE assessments + passive tracking
— None
WHY IT MATTERS

You can't improve what you don't measure. MLBU Core-BASE assessments and passive data capture across the season show the arc and feed the development plan.

05 GEAR DISCOUNT
20% off four partner brands
— Retail
WHY IT MATTERS

Marucci, Victus, Lizard Skins, Baum — direct-from-partner pricing on everything you'd buy anyway.

06 PHILOSOPHY
Winning = extending the lifecycle of the player.
— Win this weekend.
WHY IT MATTERS

Our core belief has been and always will be R.E.I.: Relationship, Environment & Information. Every athlete gains a personal relationship with the men and women of influence through consistent engagements both on the turf and on the field.
